  • All major insurance accepted

  • Family-centered, individualized care for your child

You Know Your Child Better Than Anyone

At Triangle ABA, we understand that no one knows your child better than you do. Your instinct is your strength as a parent.

So when you notice things like delays in speech, something a teacher or pediatrician said, or maybe you already have a diagnosis and you're looking for the right team to deliver the care your child deserves.

Whichever reason brought you here, you don't need every answer today. You just need the next step.

Individualized Therapy,

Built Around Your Child

At Triangle ABA, your child works one-on-one with the same Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Most families start with X or more hours of therapy each week, based on what your child's assessment shows they need - not a generic, cookie cutter program.

If your child is approaching XYZ, ask about our School Readiness Program where we take them through a hybrid one-on-one and group model built to prepare them for the classroom.

Why Choose Triangle ABA?

Founded by a Parent, Led by Clinicians

Triangle ABA was founded by Amber Nelms, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the mother of a child with autism. She built the clinic she wished existed for her own family.

In-House Trained RBTs

Every RBT at Triangle ABA completes their 40 hours of training in-person and onsite at one of our two clinics in the Triangle area, not an online module.

Family Centered Approach

Parent training and observation are built into every plan, not as an afterthought. We understand that you're a partner in your child's therapy.

Commonly Asked Questions About ABA

How quickly can my child start therapy?

We do not currently have a waitlist at our clinic. After your free consultation and assessment, most families begin therapy within a short matter of weeks.

Is ABA therapy covered by insurance?

Yes we accept all major insurance carriers. Our team will verify your benefits and coverage before your first visit so you know exactly what to expect before committing to anything.

What makes Triangle ABA different from other ABA providers?

Triangle ABA is clinician-owned, founded by a BCBA who is also the parent of a child with autism. Our RBTs train in-person at our own clinic, not through online courses. Our staff retention is above 90%, meaning your child keeps working with a familiar face.

What happens after I submit my information?

A member of our Garner team will call or text you within one business day. We'll ask a few questions and walk through what a free consultation looks like. There's never any obligation or pressure to commit to anything.
